The tangy ratatouille sauce combined with the softness of the fish makes for a very tantalising meal. I especially appreciated how the vegetables were still crunchy even though this is a frozen meal. I paired the leftover ratatouille sauce with the velvety mashed potatoes which tasted surprisingly good.
