Ingredients: Korean Sweet Potato Noodles, Sauce (Light Soy Sauce, Honey, Sesame Oil, Garlic, White Pepper Powder), Sliced Beef, Carrot, Shiitake Mushroom, Yellow Onion, Spring Onion.

Preparation: Make a few holes in the film and warm up using a microwave for 1 min 30 sec on high heat. Rest for 1 min. Stir and enjoy.
Storage: Keep refrigerated. Suitable for freezing. Freeze before the last day of the expiry date indicated on the packaging and use within 1 month of freezing. Defrost at room temperature before microwaving. Once opened, consume immediately.

The sweet potato noodles were fat and chewy, unlike other japchaes that would shrink in size once you microwave it. The sauce had a sweet umami flavour to it that paired very nicely with the medley of vegetables in the meal. The beef was also surprisingly tender and had a good bite to it.
