Please take note that all products sold (except catering services) are required to be reheated before consumption. Please refer to the food preparation instructions on the product packaging. 

Our delivery timings are as follows:

Monday to Friday between 10am to 7pm
Saturdays between 10am to 2pm

We are closed on Sundays but special arrangements will be made for Catering. 

All orders will be charged a flat fee of $15 per delivery.

Orders being delivered to Sentosa and Jurong Island will incur an additional $15 charge per delivery.

Orders must be placed at least 2 working days in advance for products and 7 working days in advance for catering.

Upon submitting your order, you will receive a confirmation email from Li’l Chef. Should you be unable to find the email, Please check your junk/ spam folder just in case the email was routed there. At times, our team might also contact you to confirm details if needed. 

For any assistance regarding your order, please email your queries to lilchef@tvifood.com, and we will revert back as soon as possible.

Li’l Chef will only process refunds or exchanges if a wrong or defective product was delivered, provided the customer informs us within 12 hours after delivery was completed. 

We only deliver domestically within Singapore. Do check and ensure that you order was collected or delivered in good condition as soon as you have received.
